There are major international airports in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, and Aberdeen.
Why not check how others are arriving by asking in our participant Facebook group?

During race registration you’ll get such items as your event map, race number, event t-shirt and GPS tracker.
Later on, there will be the compulsory race briefing for all participants followed by a delicious welcome meal in the evening – a great chance to socialise with your fellow participants.

The Start (Day 1)
There are two places you can drop off your overnight dry bag: the Fort William Football Club (google maps link here) or the West End Car Park next to the ferry dock (google maps link here).
If you are leaving your car at the event, you should park at the Fort Wiliam Football Club. You will be able to drop your overnight dry bag here. The event team will then walk you down to the West End Car Park where you will need to pick up your tracker.
If you are not leaving a car at the event, you can go straight to the West End Car Park, where you can drop off your overnight dry bag and collect your tracker.
Everyone must go to the West End Car Park to collect their tracker, even if you dropped your bag off at Fort William football club.
Once you have picked up your tracker, head to the pier where the ferry will take your over to the start at Trislaig,
Enjoy the ferry ride over to Trislaig - the journey to Cape Wrath finally begins!
The Finish (Day 8)
The finish line is at Cape Wrath lighthouse. It’s time to celebrate and have your photo taken - well done!
We will provide a small snack at the Cape Wrath lighthouse cafe but make sure to take some money in case you want to get an extra treat.
The Final Night
As the Cape Wrath lighthouse is a remote destination with little infrastructure, participants will be bussed and ferried to the final overnight camp in Keoldale (back to civilisation!) soon after they cross the finish line.
There are no shower facilities at Camp 8 in Keoldale but there is a nice sea loch where you can enjoy a wash!
The final evening will include a special celebratory meal with all participants and the event team, and the presentation of finishers’ medals. There will be a small bar with selection of alcoholic drinks to buy. Friends and family are welcome to join for the presentation.
